Quantive Technologies is looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to help deliver and enhance enterprise workflows across IT Operations Management (ITOM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Source-to-Pay (S2P).
You will work with functional consultants, project leaders, and client stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, supportable ServiceNow solutions. This role suits a developer who enjoys practical problem solving, takes ownership of technical quality, and can contribute quickly in an implementation environment.
Location and work arrangement
This role is open to candidates in Bengaluru, India for a hybrid arrangement based at Manyata Tech Park, or candidates in the Philippines for a remote arrangement.

What you will do
- Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions using platform capabilities, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, catalog items, and integrations.
- Support implementation, enhancement, and optimization work across one or more of ITOM, HAM, SAM, and Source-to-Pay workflows.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server patterns, and secure data exchange practices where applicable.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements, assess technical options, and estimate development work.
- Design with maintainability in mind, using reusable components, clear documentation, appropriate access controls, and upgrade-aware development practices.
- Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, defect resolution, deployment preparation, and post-release support.
- Document technical designs, configuration decisions, integrations, and handover details for project and support teams.
- Contribute to code reviews and help improve development standards, performance, and platform quality.
Module experience
Strong hands-on experience in at least one of the following ServiceNow areas is required. Experience across multiple areas is a plus.
- ITOM: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, cloud or infrastructure integrations, CMDB data quality, and operational workflows.
- HAM: Hardware asset lifecycle, request and fulfillment processes, stockroom or inventory operations, asset-CMDB relationships, and audit readiness.
- SAM: Software lifecycle, license data, software normalization, reclamation, compliance, publisher reporting, SaaS management, or FinOps-related workflows.
- Source-to-Pay: Procurement intake, guided buying, approvals, supplier onboarding, policy compliance, ERP integration, and supplier collaboration workflows.
What you bring
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong JavaScript skills and practical experience with ServiceNow server-side and client-side development.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow data structures, security roles, ACLs, update sets, application scope, and deployment practices.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems through APIs, web services, or IntegrationHub.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues methodically, communicate clearly, and work effectively in a client delivery team.
- Ability to work from Manyata Tech Park in Bengaluru on a hybrid basis, or remotely from the Philippines, with availability to join within 15 days.
Preferred qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or relevant implementation certification.
- Experience with CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, MID Server, Performance Analytics, or automated testing.
- Experience in Agile delivery, technical documentation, and collaborating across distributed teams.
